ideSHi Launches Advanced Training Workshop on Molecular Techniques

Starting from March 2019 ideSHi is offering an elaborate training program on molecular techniques for any interested individual. The training curriculum include DNA extration from Human specimen and clinical bacterial isolates, conventional PCR, gel electrophoresis, gel documentation, image analysis and data interpretation, real-time PCR followed by high resolution melt curve analysis, and reverse transcription PCR. The first program took place on March 7, 9, and 10 with 8 students coming from Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS). Participants were awarded certificates upon successful completion of the training.
