“Global Health Fellowship” at ideSHi to strengthen capacity and create opportunities

In honour of Dr. Jason B. Harris – a scientist, pediatrician, and father who has applied the tools of science to make children healthier in Bangladesh and around the world, ideSHi announced the “Global Health Fellowship”.

The fellowship will support a candidate, who would not otherwise have such an opportunity, to work at ideSHi for one year. The fellow will have a learning experience that will lead to a career in biomedical science and public health and will focus on a project that improves the health of children in Bangladesh and globally.

We congratulate Sanchita Kar for being awarded the position of the second Global Health Fellow. This program has previously supported Dr. Zannat Kawser, who is currently working as a permanent Assistant Scientist at ideSHi.
